In most cases, your payment is held at the payment gateway and will be credited to us within 24 hours. When the payment is received by Fundmitr, you will receive an acknowledgment.  In case you’ve not received an email acknowledgment within 24 hours, email us at info@fundmitr.com or send us a WhatsApp message on +91-9667444921 and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.

  • Name of the donor
  • Email ID or phone number of the donor (provided to Fundmitr while making the donation)
  • Screenshot of the payment

However, Fundmitr can issue the refund only if the donation amount has not been withdrawn by the beneficiary. You may read through Fundmitr refund policy to know more about how refunds work.
